1. The product
NoSub Cam is a local camera-streaming utility. It sends camera video and control information from an iPhone to a compatible desktop receiver selected and operated by the user. A compatible computer, network or USB connection, companion receiver, and optional third-party webcam or broadcasting software may be required.
NoSub Cam does not provide a hosted video service, cloud relay, account, emergency service, security monitoring service, or guaranteed recording service.
2. License and acceptable use
Subject to the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms, the publisher permits use for lawful personal or business camera-streaming purposes.
The user must not:
- use the app to violate privacy, recording-consent, surveillance, intellectual property, export, or other applicable laws;
- access a receiver, device, network, or camera without authorization;
- expose the local receiver to the public internet or rely on the app as a security or safety system;
- interfere with or circumvent security or technical restrictions except where law expressly permits it; or
- represent that the publisher endorses the user's stream, recording, or activity.
The user is responsible for obtaining consent required before capturing, streaming, displaying, or recording another person.
3. Connectivity and security
Wi-Fi mode uses unencrypted HTTP on the user's local network. The pairing key limits access but does not encrypt video. Direct USB avoids Wi-Fi transport but does not add application-level encryption. The user is responsible for trusted devices and networks, pairing information, firewall configuration, and third-party software.
4. Third-party software and services
NoSub Cam may be used with Apple system services and optional conferencing, broadcasting, virtual-camera, or recording products. Those products are independent of the publisher and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Compatibility may change.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Camera support, resolution, frame rate, USB connectivity, and Continuity Camera availability depend on hardware, operating systems, networks, permissions, and other software. Features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued.
6. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoSub Cam is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost recordings, data, revenue, or business; privacy violations caused by the user; network exposure; or failures of third-party hardware, software, or services. Liability that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by law.
8. Termination
The user may stop using the app at any time. The license may terminate after a material violation of these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Provisions intended to survive termination, including disclaimers and liability limitations, will survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published.
